Ready steady book

We started our walk with trying to find the most incompetent route to get to the coffee shop. We took bike of the route, sizes of things, smells, textures, and doors and some other stuff. We decided to put it all together in a mismatch of a book with most elements incorporated. The base of the book size is based on the size of the cup but doubled so that we would be able to fit other elements within it. We based the cover on the cups from the cafe we did this because the whole book is about getting there. The paper within is based of the buildings themselves with the pages within the old build is thick and textured, whilst the new building has a glossy thin paper based on the slimmer design of the new building. The book is made out of 20 pages representing the 20 doors we passed. The text on the pages are following the route we took so when we took a right the type would be on the right. The type size is to be based on how smelly the part of uni is. The heavier the smell the bigger the weight.
The page numbers are not conventional in that they are based on the door numbers we passed. With the yellow and gray papers are based on the sizes of the bookshelves. The yellow and gray are taken from the carpet in the new building. The book is to be bound with a perfect bound mostly for practicality so that you can see through it. Within our journey we took the elevator this is showcased with a Constantina insert, that is a bit tedious to fold back. The book is held together with a “lid” as to contain the pages within.

If it were to be produced we would need to widow it down to a practical and conseptual book.
