task 1. find examples of how designers present their work

lay flat
I like the shadow play and the overview. they do a lot of texture thins and they play with depth. so the use of photography and contextualize it with the lp-player. The dark background is a good medium between black and white that is in the design.

scanned
the black background draws you eye in and is makes the scanned images seem less sterile. it also references the type

the idea of this photography is interesting as they have done a collection of work, my two main issues with it are the angle and the fact that the one poster sticks out so much.

I am enjoying the idea of having the book being kept open with bull clips. so that you don't need some hands in there. the black background and lighting hets the texture of the paper and plastic sleeve to pop.

The colour coordination is on pint I might to something similar for my book so that I reference the belly bind.

I like the movement it shows that the book is meant to be used and it shows the behavior of the paper. the dramatic lighting creates interest so it's not all that flat.

the screenshots.
the light shadow is slightly interesting.

the simple and effective with the banner to contextualise it works nicely.

I like the simple vector mockup as it does not take up too much attention and allows the focus to be on the work.
