attpåklatt

sketches

idea
I have this memory of this game which was an 8-bit game we collected one-bit squares until you took over the board. I'm not sure if it's real but I'd like to modify it to make it really fluid and into contrast to some of the other designs as I had this fun idea to create this capital letter of A and make it wobble and have a life in itself. As a couple ideas of how to lay it out And I can I settled on a square with the game and then the rest of it being text and information-based so it's easily separated into fun bits and facts. Some of the others are more interesting for this but as a cohesive look of it, I think it is better to have it in a similar style to some of the others as most of them are a square game and text. It's also easier to animate that so don't need to animate everything within one big file which I tested out and it broke my computer essentially.

I had some issues with exporting my animation as the game didn't show up. I've got it to work And I feel like the look of the animated an along with a blob animation game is quite cool. Initially, I made the design with the light grey and white as the two people going against each other but I changed it to this electric blue, as I think it would work across several different games to have one accent colour to showcase the different part of it.

forklaring på hvorfor
I've used the modern typeface as the animation of this is more modern than for example the space invaders all Tetris ones are the sun safe typeface works really well in this case in my opinion and according to some feedback that I got from my peers they quite liked the bold type of it. For the a I initially designed my own a, us I want it to have quite a chunky glyph. In terms of the animation, it was quite difficult at first but I found a way to do it to only use 3 filters and it worked quite nicely. The a doesn't look anything like the ADA it designed but the amount of “ink” on it works nicely with the blob overlay. This word is attpåklatt, what is a word for when people have a huge gap in between their kids so the last one is called attpåklatt. This works really nicely with the game as the two participants collect small blobs to create a bigger globe which could be represented in a family sense but each small particle or person the family gets bigger.
